Buying A Home

So you have decided to buy a new home. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will make. Here is an brief outline of the buying process. When you deal with me you can be confident I will go in depth about the steps, facts and costs. I love making buying a home easy for my clients and I will make it easy for you. Want to deal with a realtor that is personable, experienced and has you best interest at heart? Then let's get started.

Representation

In today’s market, you’re either represented—or you’re not. Without your own realtor, the agent you’re dealing with works for the other side. No advice. No negotiation.

No one protecting your interests. Want someone in your corner? I’ll be in it—and I’ll have your back.

Pre-Qualified Mortgage

A lender will look at your finances and figure the amount of mortgage you can afford. A pre-approved mortgage is not a guarantee of being approved for the mortgage loan. The final step is for the home to be approved for the purchase price.

Putting In An Offer

Once you found the home you want, the next step is to submit an Offer of Purchase and Sale. There are many components and possibilities to the offer process, which will be discussed in full. The offer is negotiated hopefully resulting in an accepted offer.

Offer Acceptance

From formally applying for your mortgage to moving day there are a series of important steps you will need to take. I will ensure that you understand what to do and in what order. Want to go more in detail with the buying process? Let's get together.
